To do that, they scout the world for the hottest and most innovative products in colour cosmetics, skin care, hair care, body care, perfumes and home fragrance. They lay out their shops so our customers can touch and play with the products. And they train their staff to give impartial and honest advice across all their product ranges so customers know they are getting the very best for their individual needs. As well as stocking the very best products, they offer skin care consultations, make up artist lessons and masterclasses for corporate clients. They regularly host visits by leading overseas make-up artists.
